    Victoria’s Secret Angel Erin Heatherton to Judge Shutterbug Millionaire

    Australian listed digital media group Mooter Media has locked in American supermodel and Victoria’s Secret Angel Erin Heatherton as a judge for Shutterbug Millionaire, a 16-week long competition to determine the World’s Most Incredible Photo.

    Mooter Media describes Shutterbug Millionaire as a world-first reality event with the largest prize pool ever offered online, and something that combines the suspense and excitement of the most successful reality TV competitions with the community using the interactivity and immediacy of the web.

    Research firm comScore reckons the most likely participants will include “high-tech early adopters” from the United States, who are likely to upload between 7 and 8 entries each at a fee of US$1 a pop. 87% of that demographic own a dedicated digital camera, 70% own an Apple iPad and 63% own a digital SLR camera, while 75% consider themselves professional or enthusiast photographers.

    Within an audience of 225 million users, comScore data projects a potential 40 million users across the U.S., U.K. and Australia, uploading a total of 441 million entries into Shutterbug Millionaire. At least 7.5 million users and 16.7 million photos are expected to be uploaded in the first round.

    “Photography has the ability to instantly open our eyes to diverse perspectives that encompass every facet of our humanity, from pain to joy; from fear to love and from turmoil to strength – whether at our doorstep or on the other side of the world,” Mooter Chief Executive Chris Jermyn said in a statement. “Erin shares our belief in the incredible strength of photography to effect social change and empower generations through the uniting power of imagery across social and cultural divides,” he added.

    Ms. Heatherton — who has walked for Diane von Fürstenberg, Dolce and Gabbana, Marc Jacobs, Moschino and Oscar de la Renta — joins fashion photographer and lead judge Russell James.

    Interest in photo-sharing on the internet, and their potential value, was highlighted earlier this year by Facebook’s cash-plus-shares offer for Instagram, valuing it at around $1 billion.

    Erin Heatherton, Doutzen Kroes Host Starry Victoria's Secret Bash

    If celebs weren't at George Clooney's fundraising dinner for President Barack Obama or the Battleship movie premiere last night, they were most definitely at the Victoria's Secret What is Sexy? party. Held at the same place VS hosted their spa day on Tuesday, Mr. C Beverly Hills, the jam-packed event was total sensory overload as supermodels and stars dominated the pink-hued room.

    After being greeted by the night's ridiculously gorgeous hosts, VS Angels Doutzen Kroes, Erin Heatherton and Lindsay Ellingson, we scanned the scene for familiar faces. A few bloggers were in the house, including Aimee Song of Song of Style and Swedish style icon Elin Kling, who won the VS "Sexiest Cyber Star" award. "I was completely shocked when Victoria's Secret contacted me," she tells us. "I still can't believe I won. This is the first year that they've included this category, so I'm proud to be their first Cyber Star!"

    Mingling gents included Hollywood playboy Ryan Phillippe, Jesse Bradford, Leo DiCaprio's best bud Lukas Haas, Joey Lawrence and Chord Overstreet of Glee. Actress friends Emma Roberts and Rumer Willis kept to themselves at a table for the most part, until DJ Jesse Marco played a track by Azelia Banks that promptly moved them to the dance floor.

    loveMusic, thanks. She does have thin translucent skin. Too bad models have to endure these spray tan treatments most of the time.

    I miss the days when Erin used to do artistic editorials like the one when she was featured as a passionate painter while she painted a naked male model’s body with both her hands and feet. Wipperfurth portrayed the essence and spirit of a true artist with the look on her face and her outlandish poses. That 2008 editorial was styled by Sarah Cobb with pieces from Hermès, Gucci, Levi’s, Just Cavalli, Diesel Black Gold, Miu Miu, and Georgio Armani.

    Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds house hunting in Connecticut: report

    While Blake Lively was spotted checking out a Fifth Avenue duplex penthouse in Manhattan in December, reports say that the "Gossip Girl" star and boyfriend Ryan Reynolds are now considering getting a home together in Connecticut.

    Sources tell Us Weekly that the couple feels like a suburban abode may be more them.

    "They love getting out of the city and appreciate a slower pace," one source told the magazine.

    The two are reportedly considering New Canaan, Connecticut, a ritzy town about an hour outside New York. The pair was spotted there late last week, checking out local home decor store The Whitney Shop as well as jewelry store Pennyweights.

    With Reynolds having sold the Los Angeles home he shared with former wife Scarlett Johansson earlier this year, the "Safe House" actor is reportedly spending most of his time in New York with Lively.

    "Ryan is practically living with her already," a source tells Us Weekly. "When he's at her apartment, it feels like home."

    Reynolds and Lively met on the set of "The Green Lantern." The two began dating six months ago following the demise of his relationship with Johansson and the end of her fling with Leonardo DiCaprio.
