  1. She said this in an article in 2009, fash. "When Baz Luhrman's Romeo + Juliet was released, when I was a young teen, I learned every single line in the movie. I was convinced that I'd grow up to marry Leonardo DiCaprio. But when I popped the question in an interview I was doing with him, he politely declined and so I had to move on with my life and let it go." LINK Thanks girls for the pics and articles . TWEET @sophargh Sophie If Leonardo Dicaprio doesn't win an Oscar for J.Edgar next year I will cut the tips off every Academy members penis #LIGHTSWILLBETRASHED :| @bbrrooookee Brooke Curry My dad met Blake Lively and Leonardo DiCaprio today in Boston. 3. Well the name of the issue is always a month before the actual month. Like the september issue of a mag comes out in August, October issue comes out in September and so on Thanks kat . Fantastic, unbelievable, amazing, exciting, strong and fragile at the same time... just two minutes and I don't have enough adjectives to describe what I saw. I was so excited to see this blessed trailer... now I just want that november comes soon, I'll not hold out much. Photography splendid, makeup, sound, music, costumes, performances... so, what about the performances? Now I want the whole movie, is it possible? It's asking too much? Leo is so different... hair, body, voice, an REAL ACTOR without any vanity . I read several positive comments on twitter... this trailer has let people excited, not just us here. A girl here in Brazil said that if he doesn't win an Oscar with this role she'll kill everyone there at the Academy, hahaha, mad. Thank you fash for articles on the impact of the trailer... I think we'll read many positive things. Look for this pic... Hahaha... Leo?

Hm... no Blake on the red carpet of the Emmy . It's a pity, there are so many horrible dresses... at least she wouldn't err .

  11. Thanks girls for the pics, news and tweets . The pic of him with Ruby is so cute . And the pix of him shirtless  . Leo looks good in these photos... with friends, his mother. But I don't know... I'm not a very good feeling about him and Blake. Did they break up? I hope I'm wrong... cuz I think it's a long time we don't have pictures of them together. I don't like this. Wow, I read this letter from a fan on the net and loved it. I remember a similar that Pami posted a while ago (sorry Pami, if is the same)... Why I love Leonardo DiCaprio Yes, I do get offended when people bash Leonardo DiCaprio. Not really because I feel obligated to defend him because I love him so much, but because people just make big deals out of the stupidest things. No one ever rants about his acting being bad. All people rant about is how he gained weight and looks old. How superficial are we that we only see people for their appearances? Most people recognize his incredible talent, but they feel the need to comment on his looks. Quite frankly, I don't give a shit if you think he is fat or ugly. His looks mean absolutely nothing to me. He is one of the most incredible people that I have ever seen. First of all, he is a phenomenal actor. He can portray any type of character: a mentally retarded boy, a heroin addict, a grieving husband (one he does quite well haha), the lovable, romantic hero, the badass, yet vulnerable cop, the ex-mercenary, the mentally ill man, the abused child, the Shakespearean hero, the deceptive teenager. The list could go on and on. He puts his entire heart and soul into every role that he plays. He loses himself in every character. He is everything that a great actor should be, and everything that aspiring actors wish to be. Not only is his acting ability fantastic, but his overall personality is too. He is the fifth richest actor in the world. His annual income is $28 million, yet he has never let it get to him. He never thinks too highly of himself. He never acts narcissistic and cocky. When people compliment him, he always responds as humbly as possible. He doesn't even spend most of his money on himself. His house isn't as extravagant as it could be. He donates the majority of his money to charities to help the planet and the environment. He raises awareness about global warming and the extinction of tigers and the abusing of sharks to obtain shark fins. He devotes his free time (which he barely has any of in the first place) to helping the world. He is also very smart. A lot of actors aren't too intelligent, considering smarts aren't exactly a necessary thing in the entertainment industry. But Leo is different. One can tell just by the way he words his sentences and the way he responds to people that he is an incredibly intelligent guy. This man has absolutely everything going for him. I respect him beyond belief, and I love him more than life itself. I will always love him, even when he is old and wrinkly and cannot go to the bathroom by himself. Even when I am ninety years old, I will be telling my great-grandchildren about this wonderful man. So don't even bother trying to shake my love for Leonardo DiCaprio because it will never, ever happen. LINK
  12. ROTFL ... you're so funny, Solange. Tks by_princess for the pic. I envy this woman . Thanks oxford by the tweets and fash for more Oscar predictions.

Oh, she's so sweet. Great find, aomg... only confirmed the other tweet you had posted before, which is good since many of these tweets we can not verify. Thanks girls for the pics . Very nice photo of Blake with the guy of Florence + The Machine... she's super fan. I remember that the band made an appearance in season 4 of GG, super cool. Blake and Florence are good friends... Sorry if these photos and the video has been posted before . Oh, before I forget... I want so much see her again on the red carpet. Nothing like pictures of Blake in a beautiful dress... she always rocks!
  15. Another party? Hmmm... Well, as Oxford said is already saturday there... Baz Luhrmann's Birthday on September 17. Some celebration? I think so... we'll know. I hope pictures. Let's work, aussie paps! Thanks girls for the news and tweets . Wow, Kevin Costner jump out "Django"... would be a great opportunity for him. I agree with you wijn, De Niro would be great... but I think unlikely to happen.
  16. Absolutely, fash. You said it all. All these people talking about how he's a nice guy, funny and down to earth... just makes me love him more and more . Leo is a guy who had a simple childhood and that even after winning millions and millions still hanging out with the same friends, connected with his family, simple. Of course he's not perfect, we all know that, sometimes he makes mistakes... but what all these people say about it just makes me want to meet him even more.
  17. Wow, beautiful pics of Leo on the bike... so relaxed, enjoying the ride . Very cool. Thanks Barbie and by_princess. Thanks Oxford for all the news, tweets and pics. So funny . Thanks fash article by Selena talking about her will to work with Leo... a girl can dream, I would want. Ah, and for the article on the girl that met Leo... lucky girl. Of course she wants met him again. I was on twitter and found this tweet... so funny, but so true . Mary Rossi-Conaway @maawwy2014 Mary Rossi-Conaway RT @gabii2013 "i finally have come to the conclusion that leonardo dicaprio is the reason why girls have high expectations"
  18. Thanks oxford. I could see on the site 5min.com.
  19. Leonardo DiCaprio Proves He's Not An Asshole While Leonardo DiCaprio was filming with Armie Hammer for J. Edgar, Armie's wife had some sassin' to do. Apparently she had already met the Oscar-nominated actor during her modeling days in Tokyo. …when he hooked up with her roommate! Obviously it wasn't meant to be because we never heard of this girl, but Elizabeth Chambers remembers it all too well. We're thinking her roomie's heart may have been a little broken, because Elizabeth actually went up to Leo on the first day of shooting and said: Tell me you're not an asshole. Do not make me hate you for the rest of the shoot. She was Spanish—you took a bath your first night together. What's her name? Damn girl! Way to put someone on the spot! But no worries, Leo fans. Your boy may have liked the ladies (a lot) back in the day, but at least he's enough of a gentleman to remember their names. Leo gracefully responded, "Marta," and that was that. Armie's wifey couldn't say anything else. We have to admit, girlfriend had some balls to do that, but we're glad Leo showed her who he's NOT! Perez Hilton
  20. + 1 . I didn't really like Justin because he was the singer of N'Sync and I always liked the Backstreet Boys... but he's very talented, of course not even come close to Leo. Thanks fash for another part of the interview... I really like this one. Talk about a closely guarded site.
  21. I loved it. I think it's the first time I see her speak so highly of Leo. And so funny as well. "And then Leonardo DiCaprio came along. And took JT to school" "They all want to be Leo. Pip wants to be Leo. So badly. Pip will never be Leo. Ever." And the question in the end... "Oh Blake, how did you DO that?" Really, no comparison. These photos are being praised even by men... I just read positive comments on Twitter. Leo rocked again... but that we already know, right? Hey, oxford... I can never see the videos from enews . Is it because I'm from another country? The server, perhaps? Thanks girls.
  22. Hey, welcome here too, Valentina . Yes, here is THE place if you're a huge fan of Leo. The girls here work hard and so fast, almost like the speed of light . Thanks girls for the news, pics and tweets. What about the gift that Leo gave to Blake? I don't know if I believe this story... but we'll be alert if she appear using something like it .
  23. Nanda23 replied to Sierra's post in a topic in Actresses
Oh, what a beautiful picture of Blake with her niece ... I had never seen a picture of Blake like that. So sweet. Thank you and welcome, Valentina. You're Italian, right? Beautiful photos of Blake shooting on the beach... she rocks in these dresses. The brazilian sites (as always) instead of praising the beauty of this woman put a picture of her with some cellulite, as if she were the only woman in entire world that has cellulite, bullshit! This is the second time in less than a year since I read about this same thing... first time she wasn't with Leo yet. Don't talk about the movie, don't talk about the shoots, but they talk about cellulite. As if she was worried about it... she's dating Leonardo DiCaprio, is the "it" girl in Hollywood, beautiful, her career is growing fast, but people only care about these things. :yuckky: Long time no post here... but is that two topics are hard for me right now . But always passed to look at the news, pics, don't think that I'm leaving you, girls... I'm here! You're doing a great job, very fast as usual.
  24. Why Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt Are the Frontrunners in Oscar's Best Actor Race (Analysis) Both A-listers -- who next star in "J. Edgar" and "Moneyball," respectively -- have been nominated in the past, but neither has ever won. As I see it, Oscar nominations are certainly possible for picture, director, adapted screenplay and even score, but the film's biggest threat to do some awards damage -- and indeed the heart and soul of the film itself -- is Pitt. I don't see how he doesn't get nominated (playing a real, likable, noble character very well checks off a lot of boxes), and, having now seen almost all the films with possible best actor candidates (with J. Edgar, which stars Leonardo DiCaprio as J. Edgar Hoover, being the one glaring exception), I truly believe that he could even win. After all, who else is there with a serious shot in the category? Yes, George Clooney is very good in The Descendants, but it's a downer of a movie, and besides, he has already won once before, just six years ago, so it's unlikely that he'll be awarded another (especially over DiCaprio or Pitt, who have yet to win their first). And, sure, it's possible that Frenchman Jean Dujardin could pull off a Roberto Benigni-like shocker for his first-rate work in the black-and-white silent film The Artist, but my guess is that a nomination, in and of itself, will be his award. That leaves Pitt, 47, and DiCaprio, 36, which could make for a very interesting race. Neither has ever won before. Both are popular people and respected craftsmen. Both rose to prominence in the early '90s -- Pitt through Thelma & Louise (1991), DiCaprio through What's Eating Gilbert Grape? (1993) -- and have been working steadily, at high levels, ever since, in collaboration with tons of people who are now in the Academy. Thus far, Pitt has scored one supporting nod, for Twelve Monkeys (1995), and one lead nod, for The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (2008), for a grand total of two; DiCaprio, meanwhile, has scored one supporting nod, for What's Eating Gilbert Grape? (1993), and two supporting nods, for The Aviator (2004) and Blood Diamond (2006), for a grand total of three. It's silly to speculate too much about a Pitt v. DiCaprio race until we've actually seen DiCaprio's performance. That being said, I've heard from people who have already screened J. Edgar, but are not working on its behalf, who tell me that he will be hard to beat. Still, I wouldn't discount the fact that the real-life inspiration for Pitt's character, unlike DiCaprio's, is (a) likable, and (b) still alive and able to endorse the performance. At the end of the day, especially in a close race, those two things could make all the difference. LINK
  25. No, I think that's great. I saw you post on several other topics (fashion, mostly)... you should make many friends here. And I like this site because we have the opportunity to talk with people from around the world to discuss issues that concern us, write our reviews... this is really cool.
