^ Her hair and make up is real good there, but I didn't like the dress. But I also like this one: Not a fan of the jacket, but the whole adds up.

The only time she ever nailed it with an outfit was here. She really looks great there, hair, tan. It just works with her dress and her shoes. (for some perhaps new but for most of us old )

Thanks. I must admit I'm not a pundit in cosmetics. She looks very natural with the foundation BTW. I really like it. Yeah, it's rather hard to tell. Because when you want someone to look natural you obviously don't cake it on. You only ever want to see eye and lipmake up. Skin should look as though it is her own.

I use it too and it really is very nice Anyone hoping for her returning to fashionweeks; she said in her DWDD interview it's no longer necessary for her to walk shows like that because she's 'famous' enough. (she put it more to the lines of 'those shows are to attract the press's attention to you, and I no longer need that'). Methinks she was so happy about being asked for Prada since they refused her some years ago for being 'too fat', and the fact that it was in line with her CFDA stuff (about girls in the industry being too thin), that she accepted to do that one show.

Years ago it used to be Weleda. Nowadays she's obliged to say she uses L'Oreal, but I wouldn't trust that..

Hey! I'm Dutch I just like to stay with my two feet on the ground. She's not the most beautiful woman ever, or even in the Netherlands. I'm very annoyed by this cultus of making models, actresses, people into 'gods'. By judging people just by their looks and what they say. Because you cannot judge people by what they say, only by their actions. This whole 'Doutzen is the most beautiful this and that' makes other people feel inferior. And there's no way I'm participating in that cycle. She's a pretty woman/girl and she has a pretty good head on her shoulders; she's not Einstein and she's not the best in her profession even. But I've liked her from the moment I saw her in ELLEgirl, her first work ever. To me, she (like more models) is a canvas for inspiration, a canvas painted on by designers and make up artists in the past, and now by L'Oreal and VS and some magazines still. I do not adore her, because this sort of adoration distracts a person from becoming who they truly are (me from being me and Doutzen from being a normal girl who has to wipe her butt after.. well ya know, just like every one else).

Her RTL interview was good. She said she's more comfortable now she knows her dad is taking care of himself. That she was the one who contacted his psychiatrist and said that something had to be done. That every family has some issue and that this was theirs. About Phyllon she stated that she's taking him with her on jobs, which is hard but luckily she's had jobs in and around New York lately. Her devotion for L'Oreal is still very visible she said that L'Oreal makes an effort to represent real women and that she's honored to be in Cannes as a model, (instead as an actress). About being an actress she said Sunnery isn't too happy that she'll have to make out with another man now. But that she'd like him to help her practice
