Fantastic Sheila! Thank you for making my weekend!!!!

I read the interview with Claudia in Stylist (http://www.stylist.co.uk/people/interviews-and-profiles/interview-claudia-schiffer) and came away with the following thoughts. Claudia is a straightforward person. She is comfortable with herself and her life. Her family and her relationship with her husband are the most important aspect of her life. Her career is second and she has it in perspective and managed. She is a real friend and remembers those that she has shared a bond with. She does not forget where she comes from. Her childhood and relationship with her parents provided her with a strong foundation that she relies on to this day. She has traditions in her life that are important to her. She's a small town girl at heart. I like the fact that she almost downplays her career achievements and instead focuses on those that she values during her career. I think this interview gave us a true sense of Claudia and what she is about. An ordinary person, beautiful, intelligent, caring and private who shone in the public because she is an achiever, but retreated when it was not necessary and enjoys her "simple life". Our admiration is not wasted.

More Beautiful Women An explicit homage to Andy Warhol’s Thirteen Most Beautiful Women(1964) screen tests, Nick Knight’s strategy for More Beautiful Women was simply to ask models to stand in front of the video camera for two minutes until told to stop. This ongoing film project evolved out of a straightforward experiment conducted by Knight during his editorial commission to photograph the most famous fashion models of the twentieth century for the Millennium issue of British Vogue magazine. I'm surprised at this article, although I'd admit that it is gossip media and anything to portray Claudia, who possesses an otherwise immpectable reputation, in a poor light is their business. Looking at the photos I observe Claudia hiding her face from the very bright camera flashes, her husband Matthew looking just fine and not drunk or otherwise out of it. There is no evidence of Claudia being drunk or especially DEAD DRUNK. If that were the case, I would have expected to see photos of this couple prior to entering the automobile which most certainly would have been conclusive evidence of her condition. Accordingly, this is dismissed as fantastic and pure gossip designed to attract readers. True Claudia fans know of her reputation as a non-drinker.

A wonderful find Sheila! Stunning, playful and not unlike Claudia today in many respects.
