She first discovered her passion for Photography while studying Fashion Design,at the School of Fine Arts in Maastricht. After that, Petra enrolled as a successful Free-lance Make-up Artist, working all over the World. It was Petra's visit to Cape Town, in the Spring of 2004, that would eventually inspire her to turn to Fashion Photography. Her images show a great sensitivity and have a dreamy, sensual feel. Petra shoots Internationally and specializes in Lingerie, Swimwear and Beauty. Preferring to shoot on location and natural light, she lives 4 month's a year in Cape Town.

i don't see her as a swimwear model. i think she is more editorial. i would rather her high fashion.
