Great topic - I agree. The COSMO covers from the 70s, 80s, 90s - mostly done by Francesco Scavullo, but also by Patrick Demarchelier and others - were super hot - super sexy - with the most incredibale cleavage popping out all over the place. Now they are just so damned DULL - DULL - DULL.
