The CFDA Awards are almost upon us (next Monday!), and the evening's celebrity presenters — i.e., bold names invited to amp up the red carpet — have been announced. As previously reported, this year's host will be Bravo executive Andy Cohen (yes, the man who unleashed the Real Housewives franchise upon us), and the award recipients/presenters will include the following: • Ralph Lauren will present Vera Wang with the Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement Award. (Wang once worked for Lauren.) • Jessica Chastain will present Riccardo Tisci with the International Award. (Chastain also presented the womenswear designer of the year award in 2012.) • Linda Evangelista will present Tim Blanks with the Media Award. Model Monday: When I think of Linda Evangelista, I think of two words: chameleon and muse. Linda inspired so many of the great photographers and was able to reinvent her look every time. My favorite photos she did were usually with Steven Meisel, Peter Lindbergh and Arthur Elgort. Linda also rocked the runway, and along with Naomi Campbell, ruled backstage as well.
