Poor Bar, when you are a celebrity and constantly under the watchful eye of the paparazzi, chances are you’re going to get caught with your mouth open eating ... the tooth stick moment is very unfortunate. But looks like she has lost weight and she looks cute.

  6. I think that Titanic was a good (entertaining and spectacular) movie but very overrated, really it was a romantic chick flick with a terrible script. The film won 11 Oscars only because of the enormous production and marketing. It is one of Leo's worst roles, but very important for his career because his status was elevated to superstar after he acted in 'Titanic' and I guess he is grateful.

Bar Refaeli downs a yummy sandwich during a lunch with friends at Potato Chips deli on Monday afternoon (February 21) in Los Angeles. The 25-year-old Israeli model walked along Beverly Boulevard and looked like she came from a work-out session - she was dressed in a sweatshirt, exercise capris, and Nike sneakers. more pics: link ... really the pics are not very good, but she looks lovely.

    She looks GORGEOUS!
  9. -About Gatsby and Baz I think a lot people is also worried because his last film "Australia" was a disaster. The E!News article about Leo and the Oscars is longer and I agree with the last part! .... That's right. The studio behind The Departed asked DiCaprio to campaign for a supporting nod, and he agreed. Big mistake in hindsight, O'Neil tells me. Now. On to 2011. "This year he had two roles in competition again, and he split his votes and got skunked for both," O'Neil says. "This year, fault falls with the Oscar gods." There's another element at play here, too, and there's nothing Leo can do about this one. "Leo also suffers from what I call the Slap the Stud Syndrome," O'Neil tells me. "The old guys who vote for the Oscars treat that Best Actress race like a beauty pageant. Look who's won over the past decade: Charlize Theron, Halle Berry, Julia Roberts, Nicole Kidman." Right. Now look at the guys who have won, say, Jeff Bridges. Nice looking. In a 61-year-old kind of way. "Voters go out of their way not to give it to young male heartthrobs—like Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise and Leo," O'Neil insists. "Those old geezers in the academy seem to be saying to the young handsome chaps: You can't have it all, kid. You have fortune, fame and all the dames you want, so we have to deny you something." And if that isn't hate, it certainly does smack of another emotion: jealousy.
  10. *More: With a wall of security that would make President Obama jealous, LeBron James and Jay-Z hosted the "Two Kings" dinner at the Craft Restaurant in this ultra-uspcale enclave on the edge of Beverly Hills, and included: Beyonce, Rihanna, Drake, Kanye West, Diddy, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, Young Jeezy, Ne-Yo, famed director Ron Howard, superstar actor Leonardo DiCaprio, Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, Steve Stout, and many others. The party looks like a lot of fun!
  11. Thanks for the info, Bar and Leo were together at the All star party I am with Roger Ebert -I think is perfectly normal the doubts about Gatsby adaptation, is a very loved /adored classic novel. -A lot of people dont like Baz Luhrmann's excessive visual style and his last movie "Australia" was a critic/BO fiasco. -The use of 3D seems ridiculous and unnecessary. We must wait to see the movie but I'm worried. I think this movie can be a big mistake
  12. I hate 3D and is not really necessary for this film. I dont think Leo fits the role well, he is my favourite actor, i love him but IMHO he is no Gatsby. The movie has the potential to be amazing or to be absolutely terrible with Baz's over-the-top style. Jude Law is jealous

    True. Good for her!
  14. A lot young men are losing their hair in their 30s or 40s but Leo is so lucky, he has AMAZING hair, so strong, soft and shiny !!! I think he wants to give a more mature image with his Wall street hairstyle but my favourite hair look is ...
  15. For me: 1. The Departed, 2.Shutter Island, 3. The Aviator. I dont like the idea of a 3D Gatsby movie. Really i dont like Baz, he is so "excessive". -------------- New sighting. Leo 2Kings Dinner- Party. I think is a NBA All-Stars party: # I didn't notice that Leonardo DiCaprio is here sitting next to Mark Cuban. # Gayle King, Gee Roberson, Steve Stoute, DJ Mick Boogie, Kevin Liles, Ari Emanuel, Johnny Nunez, Future, Mr. Cartoon, Maria Menounos. # Puff + Kim Porter just walked in. Very cool! # jaybobo This is wht u call a highpowered dinner. Ron Howard, Steve Ballmer, Brian Glazer, Jimmy Iovine, Mark Cuban, Ken Chenault, Pat Riley. # Beyonce, Rihanna, NeYo, Drake, JCole, Young Jeezy, The Dream...I think that's all the music people here. link
  16. 2/18 Shoot - Downtown Los Angeles - Extra in Scene Shooting took place at 1037 W 6th St. in downtown LA yesterday. We shot two scenes in a room used to resemble a Congress hearing with extras as onlookers, photogs and journalists crowding the room. Main Actors: Leo and Armie. The first scene was a 1932 hearing in which Hoover demanded everyone's fingerprint in America delivered to him. This was of course due to the Lindbergh baby. Great monologue delivered by Leo amongst flash bulbs of the press and in front of Senators. I got sent back to extras holding after a few takes, so missed some of it. The Second scene was a 1936 hearing as Senators grilled J Edgar on the efficacy of the Bureau, if the bureau was directly or indirectly involved in advertisement (G-men radio programs, comic books etc.), Hoover's qualifications (Leo responds emphatically - "My qualifications? Nineteen Years with the Justice Department...Nineteen! Twelve with the Bureau.") and if he has personally made any arrests. Armie Hammer as Clyde Tolson just sat (no lines) uncomfortably next to Leo as he is prodded. Second scene was fairly short in dialogue yet shot in several different angles with only a couple of takes for each. Leo's opening monologue about catching America's criminals and bringing them to justice was brilliant!! I heard it so many times that I could probably recite it. Eastwood's set is a VERY quiet one, no cut or action really yelled or said, just hand signals for the most part. Eastwood gave very quiet direction to Leo and Armie as well as the extras. It was cool to see Clint angrily mouthing Leo's opening monologue of the second scene in sync with Leo...very a la Dirty Harry in a way. Leo and Armie were very chill with everybody...of course extras weren't coming up to him or anything but their demeanor was very relaxed and personable. Although peeing in a urinal next to Leo was a little too personal (it was the "extra's bathroom" he used between a scene BTW...very cool). I always wanted to see what Leo's method was for staying in character or how he prepared. I saw him joking with Armie between numerous takes, then, loudly clear his throat a couple of times and go right into it. He would sip a starbucks drink, then, clear his throat a couple of times and go right into it. Shooting those two scenes took about 8 hours total. All in all, it was amazing to watch Clint direct Leo and to watch Leo work. I'm not a fanboy or anything, I just appreciate film at it's finest. **source: IMDB
  17. No, the info about the new movie with Scorsese filming in June was not accurate. Scorsese, DiCaprio reteam on 'Wall Street' Fifth collaboration for director/thesp to come after Scorsese helms 'Silence' Martin Scorsese is back onboard to direct "The Wolf of Wall Street," with Leonardo DiCaprio to star in the long-gestating adaptation of Jordan Belfort's memoir. Project had been set up at Warner Bros. in May 2007 with Scorsese and DiCaprio attached a few months after "The Departed" won the Oscar for picture, but the much-in-demand director subsequently fell out. But Scorsese officially committed Wednesday to direct "The Wolf of Wall Street." Terence Winter ("The Sopranos," "Boardwalk Empire") remains aboard to write, with Alexandra Milchan, DiCaprio's Appian Way banner and Scorsese producing. The project will chronicle Belfort's dramatic rise and fall on Wall Street, along with his hard-partying lifestyle and tumultuous personal life, which included drug addiction. It's unclear whether "Wolf" is still set up at Warner Bros., where Appian Way's based. Financing details and a start date will be announced at Cannes in May. Scorsese is currently in post- production on "Hugo Cabret" and his next film will be "Silence," based on the book by Shusaku Endo about two 17th century Portuguese missionaries who return to Japan to minister to Christians, who have been outlawed. Benicio Del Toro is starring and Graham King produces. Belfort was indicted in 1998 for securities fraud and money laundering and spent 22 months in federal prison. He's been sober for almost 14 years and has become a motivational speakers and corporate trainer while also working with the Salvation Army and MaAfrika Tikkun. "After almost four years in development, I can't begin to tell you how thrilled I am to finally be working with Leo and Marty on this," Belfort said Wednesday. "They're the ultimate dream team, and it was definitely worth the wait." "Wolf" marks the fifth collaboration between DiCaprio and Scorsese, who also teamed on "Gangs of New York," "Shutter Island," "The Aviator" and "The Departed." DiCaprio's currently shooting the J. Edgar Hoover biopic directed by Clint Eastwood. source: VARIETY

-From Sports illustrated: Throughout the week, I've fielded many e-mails from readers who were upset that Bar Refaeli was not in the 2011 SI Swimsuit edition. This happened a couple of years ago with Marisa Miller. The Swimsuit Issue, however, is like anything else in life, where all good things must come to end. All you can do now is enjoy Refaeli's past work. LINK
  19. Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio to Reteam for The Wolf of Wall Street Contrary to earlier reports, Ridley Scott will not be directing the film adaption of Jordan Belfort’s 1990 best seller The Wolf of Wall Street at Warner Bros. Instead, Vulture has learned exclusively, the project has left the studio, and Scott has left the project. Replacing him: Director Martin Scorsese, who’ll shoot his fellow Boardwalk Empire executive producer Terence Winter’s script as an indie this summer, with Leonardo DiCaprio starring. The vaunted project had been set up last year at Warner Bros., with Scott directing, but Vulture hears that Rick Yorn, DiCaprio’s manager, has secured indie financing, and even though Scorsese is just now finishing The Life of Hugo Cabret, Wolf of Wall Street could go before cameras as early as June. For those unfamiliar with the book, Wolf follows a drug-, alcohol-, and sex-addicted brokerage firm operator’s rise and fall — from multi-millionaire twentysomething in the go-go eighties to federal-convict thirtysomething banned from the securities business for life in 1994. link ... and Gatsby??? He is really busy man!!
  20. No problem About Leo and his horrible cigars ... When he was caught smoking on set Leo was not shooting a scene (except the scenes with the girl), he has always been caught during the breaks, Leo was smoking and not his character. I can not understand Leo, we have recently seen Michael Douglas's battle against cancer because of his smoking habit and he is an environmental activist... the effects of smoking on the environment are terrible. He should make an effort!!
  21. They have covered his hair with gray streaks

*Bar with Leo at the Grammys post party: Malaysian billionaire Jho Low, who recently invested in posh Beverly Hills hotel L'Ermitage, threw a spectacular Grammys party there for Interscope founder Jimmy Iovine with guests including Lady Gaga, Jay-Z and Beyoncé. Other guests included Leonardo DiCaprio -- smoking a cigar and wearing an Irish gangster cap -- and his model girlfriend Bar Refaeli, Megan Fox, Jamie Foxx, Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, Busta Rhymes, Eminem, the Black Eyed Peas' Will.i.am, Apl.de.Ap and Taboo, Gwyneth Paltrow, Nicole Scherzinger, Jerry Bruckheimer and "Entourage" star Kevin Connolly.link
  23. -About the Grammy post party. We were right ! Leo was with Bar Malaysian billionaire Jho Low, who recently invested in posh Beverly Hills hotel L'Ermitage, threw a spectacular Grammys party there for Interscope founder Jimmy Iovine with guests including Lady Gaga, Jay-Z and Beyoncé. Other guests included Leonardo DiCaprio -- smoking a cigar and wearing an Irish gangster cap -- and his model girlfriend Bar Refaeli, Megan Fox, Jamie Foxx, Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, Busta Rhymes, Eminem, the Black Eyed Peas' Will.i.am, Apl.de.Ap and Taboo, Gwyneth Paltrow, Nicole Scherzinger, Jerry Bruckheimer and "Entourage" star Kevin Connolly.link Leo smokes a lot lately :yuckky: I hate the cigars, they are so unhealthy. I can not understand Leo and his "stupid" bad habit. -About Hoover: These are delicate feet Judi Dench hurt her tootsies on the set of her new movie, "J. Edgar" with Leonardo DiCaprio. A spy at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills told us that Dench, in a bathrobe and slippers, tried to book a manicure and pedicure -- but explained to the receptionist that she'd broken two toes on the set, so technicians would need to work around her battered and bruised foot.link
  24. Leo with this brazilian model during the Grammys party. It is only a fan picture with the girl. He looks super cute
