The 19-year-old has returned from New York where she had a "very positive" meet-and-greet with the US lingerie label that made Gunnedah gal Kerr a global star. Forge, 19, said she was surprised at how her career had accelerated just a year after finishing secondary school. She is the face of trendy youth label Forever New and swimwear brand Seafolly, but has more on the horizon. "It is going surprisingly well," Forge said. "I wasn't expecting it to move as quickly as it has moved. I am getting a lot of work so that is always good." Forge is chasing the sun, flying to Fiji this Sunday for a 10-day shoot before heading to the Big Apple for work again later in the year. The Melbourne-born beauty with the bronzed California-girl good looks defected to Sydney six months ago, setting up her home in trendy beachside Bondi.

Oh. If that is the case, she should tone up, find a Miami agency and go swimsuit. Or even try the Asian market. I agree, New York is not her market, and never will be. She could make a major impact in Miami or L.A (don't understand why she didn't do Miami Swim FW). Even like you said, Asia.that would be a good stepping stone for her. And she definitely needs to tone up, or else clients like VS will never take her seriously.

Shanina is in a divison called 'main board', this does not contain the big models though. The big division at NYM contains sigrid, sedene, jeneil williams,masha, olga sheer, patricia v. Shanina is not on this board so technically she is in their 2nd division. They are not going drop her, there is absolutely no reason to do this. She has done heaps of commercial work. Just because a lot of her work is not posted, dosen't mean theres not any. She could be doing a lot of work and she is not getting the credit, there could be so much out there, but we can't find it

New Macys: They have stopped using her a bit before they used her a lot. I doubt NY models will ever drop her. She is not on their main board anyway. She does a lot of work (commercial), so they have no reason to get rid of her.
