Honestly, beyond the freckles and blonde hair, I don't see any other resemblance between Bar and Erin. Bone structure of their faces and body type completely differents.

The identity of the blonde girl is still a mystery for me, she does resemble all this girls mentioned especially Brooklyn but she's clearly any of them at least not for me. Off course I'AM SO CURIOUS to know who is her but as solange said, as long as he's happy it's ok. And seems he was dining with her but we still don't know if this is something, could be nothing or could be... who knows? I just wonder if he's with her since his friends left Sidney? Because we don't heard about him in the last few days going out, just working so could be a possibility that he had been quietly dating this lady, just my guess.
