    It's probably either:

    A) Josephine sells better

    B) VS wants invests more in Josephine.

     

    I think Angel contracts are basically a given amount to call dibs on the model compared to other brands + some level of exclusiivity and then pay as you go for each shoot.

    That's the problem. VS keeps investing in girls and they leave before they are established enough.

    What I meant is that Behati was already doing mainline before becoming an Angel. Rachel solely does PINK AFAIK.

    Yes. Rachel started at the end of Elsa's streak (late 2014) and was "officially" named a spokesmodel in 2015. Zuri was named a spokesmodel last summer and Grace right before the show, although they both had been working for PINK for a few months before that at least.
