  6. TANEL BEDROSSIANTZ Height: 1,86m / 6’1 1/2 Hair: brown Eyes: brown (Elite Europe agency book 1991 - my scan) François Tanel Bedrossiantz is a multi talent and longtime muse of the fashion industry with his gender bender look. Born in around 1967 on the French countryside to a French mother and Armenian father, Tanel already decided at a young age to move to Paris to work in the fashion industry. After working for different designers in 1985 Tanel bumped into Jean Paul Gaultier and they quickly became close friends. Tanel developed to one of Gaultier’s muses and was also creatively involved in the brand. At Gaultier’s office Tanel bumped into photographer Tony Viramontes who was captivated by his androgynous and rather edgy look and decided to photograph him. This was the start of Tanel’s career as a topmodel. While walking and shooting for Gaultier Tanel appeared in Vogue Italia in Dec.1985 already - shot by Peter Lindbergh. His modeling career took off and he was active until the mid 1990s - with later exceptions for Gaultier. Former Agencies: Elite Paris Success After his modeling career he was still part of the Gaultier family and started to work for a Paris model agency as creative director and head of new faces. Nowadays he is working in Angoulême, France and is running his company AgréÂge - a service for seniors and elderly people. agreage.fr
