    Alright off topic and sorry for the late reply, but I just wanted to make some things clear, ethnicaly latvians are not slavs, their balts along with lithuanians. Yes, latvians used to be a part in USSR, but in USSR were also other ethnicities like estonians, ukranians, bulorussians, georgians, armenians....ect. and that doesn't mean that the ex USSR all were russians P.S. Sorry that I make someone confused of all this, but I am tired that a lot of people mixes me with russians, becouse I am latvian, becouse I'm not
