Regarding her name it's pronounced like Jack but I think French will pronunce it with 'zhak' (when her name was written in Russian in her VP ed by Klein they use the symbol tak is read 'zh' - Polish 'ż' BTW ) I was surprised abot Peter Lindbergh's place of birth, too And about the age issue - I'm all for the models who model clothes for adults were at least 16. Of course there are great examples of girls who are level-headed, responsible and managed properly, but I guess for evey Karlie, Jac, Gemma there are dozens of girls that are not ready for the job, exposed to many types of abuse and not well treated by their own agencies. The Sara Ziff' s documentary Picture Me is about the age issue among other dark sides of modeling and it seems terryfing how the industry treats models, who are often still kids and should be protected. If you haven't heard about the documentary find the info about it (clips are on youtube). Really sad, especially for someone who loves models and don't see them as clothes hangers.
