Miley Cyrus plays a private eye in 'So Undercover'
The upcoming Hope Town Entertainment feature film "So Undercover" starring Miley Cyrus is in pre-production and auditions for the film's
co-starring, and supporting roles has begun. Smaller roles and extras will be cast in Nashville, TN and New Orleans, LA - where the shooting will
take place.
Miley's mother Tish Cyrus is President of Hope Town Entertainment, and her partner Jodi Zuckerman serves as producer for the
company. The other production company involved in this project, Scarlet Fire Entertainment, is run by the producer/writer team of Allan Loeb
and Steven Pearl. Loeb's recent credits include "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps", as well as the upcoming films "The Dilemma" and "Just Go with It".

"Extraordinary Measures." Sari Knight and Mandy Sherman are in charge of casting the project out of Los Angeles. Kim Petrosky will be handling
the local casting in Nashville. Petrosky also did location casting for "Hannah Montana: The Movie".
There are numerous roles for high school age actors, and the extras casting directors will most likely be very interested in people over 18 years of
age who can play younger.
Filming on "So Undercover" begins November 10, 2010.

MTV
There comes a time in every pop princess' career when she must throw a sexy dance party and proclaim her womanhood. Back in 2001
Britney Spears did as much in "Slave 4 U," and this week, Miley Cyrus is doing the same in the video for her club-ready track "Who Owns My Heart."
Cyrus proclaimed her independence on "Can't Be Tamed," and now she's declaring her vamped-up party girl status. Cyrus, who will formally hit
adulthood when she turns 18 next month, opens the video lying on a bed in hot pants, a tank top and a mask. She awakens from her disco nap to
primp for her night out, but much like the crew from the "Jersey Shore," Cyrus has multiple costume changes before she actually dons her real
party gear.
As she applies lipstick and mascara, she's ghetto fab chic in a fishnet hair wrap, rollers, heavy metal jewelry and more skimpy attire. As the beat
pulses, Cyrus is in the backseat of a limo, singing about wondering whether she loves the guy she's dancing with or if the music just makes her feel
that way. She pulls up to a posh house party, full of revelers who don't really seem to be concerning themselves with love and romance.
At the party, when she's not chilling out in the mansion's study, or writhing on a big, wooden table, she's on the dance floor grinding up against
others. The video ends with Cyrus back in her fancy bedroom, once again waking up, perhaps ready for another night of dancing.
The single is from her latest album, Can't Be Tamed, which Cyrus said is all about girls empowering themselves. "It’s just about freeing yourself from
anything you think is holding you back," she explained to MTV News in June. "And I think that's really important, especially for girls, because so
many people are told, 'No, you can't do something,' or, 'You need to be this because Mom and Dad say that, teachers say this.' "

Miley Cyrus' evolution into a pop-dance diva continues with the debut of the sexy new video for "Who Owns My Heart," the latest single from her
most recent album Can't Be Tamed. Just like the perplexing lyrics in the song ("Who owns my heart? Is it love or is it art?"), the dancey, vampy
video makes little effort to string together a storyline beyond Miley waking up in a bed, heading to the club to gyrate (complete with a head of
crimped hair, scandalously low-cut gold lame top, and lots of bangles), and then head back home. Truly, the theme of this video could be: hair!
There's a lot of it flying around! There's almost a rave-y vibe to the whole thing, too. But who's complaining? Not us! It's fun! And really sultry!
What more could you want? This song is a pulsy, possibly club-ready jam that deserves single status - and a frothy fun video like this, too

Blindfolds and panties and grinding - oh, Miley!
In the music video for her new single, "Who Owns My Heart," a sultry, club-worthy pop anthem, Miley Cyrus once again proves her Disney days
are over.
Cyrus shows off her inner vixen - and legs - as she flaunts her bod on a bed, sans pants, before she hits the club for some girl-on-girl gyration.
"Who owns my heart?" Cyrus, 17, sings. "Is it love or is it art?"

Miley's Racy New Video Drops: Miley Cyrus has dropped the video for her new single "Who Owns My Heart?" and once again she's showing the
world that she "Can't Be Tamed"! The video shows the 17-year-old getting ready for a night out on the town (hair in rollers), writhing around on
a bed (and also on top of a table and in the back of a limo) and then ends with the singer grinding on numerous guys and girls at a rave-like club.
Multiple reports are already questioning if the video is too racy, but the Access staff couldn't help but shake our butts in our seats while watching

Miley Cyrus is at it again.
After declaring she "Can't Be Tamed" in May, the 17-year-old singer continues her naughty streak in her latest music video, "Who Owns My Heart."
In the clip, a pantless Cyrus gyrates on her bed while primping for a night on the town. Once she arrives at a nightclub, the teen singer caresses her
chest while she gropes older men on the dance floor. Watch the video.

Miley Cyrus is quickly traveling down that Britney Spears road to fame, fortune and ultimately self-destruction. It seems like it was overnight that
Miley Cyrus went from being the cute, funny kid on Hannah Montana to a sex symbol – albeit an underage sex symbol. Miley took another step
down the Britney Spears path to stardom today with the release of the video for her new song "Who Owns My Heart." I mention Britney Spears
because the similarities to she and Cyrus are starting to be uncanny. While Miley Cyrus was a much bigger child star than Britney Spears, they
both have a history of being in the limelight at a young age. Britney’s debut album was teen/tween pop ear candy. Her target audience of teen girls
ate it up and shot her to stardom instantly. It wasn't until a few years later that she found herself struggling to show that she was more than just a
teen pop idol. Miley Cyrus has already had a handful of albums and now, at age 17, is struggling to grow up and take her audience (who is getting
older and broadening their musical horizons) with her or hopefully attracting a whole new audience that doesn't know her as Hannah Montana.
It is within this struggle to go from behind a kid star or teen pop idol to being taken as a more grown-up, sex symbol and all around pop star that
Spears' and Cyrus' paths look very similar. Britney Spears teased the audience. She sang coyly sexual lyric whispered in throaty tones over often
throbbing, guttural beats. She played the game on the sly, making references to sex or professing her desires to be a sexual person without actually
saying it out loud. Hint, when Britney purrs, "Hit me baby . . .one more time." She isn't talking about being punched. It was these lyrics and songs
that made Britney Spears the nation's Lolita. But when she was asked she always professed that she was a virgin and was waiting. Of course, we now
all know the truth, but at the time it was part of the game. She was being sexy, but simultaneously telling us she was pure and she had the entire
nation lusting for her while also feeling a little dirty about it. Miley Cyrus is now playing that game. Her recent album finds her being sexy, flirty
and at times very suggestive. This new video features Miley in her panties on her bed or sitting on the edge of a tub. She gets dressed up in a short
skirt and barely there top and ends up on a crowded dance floor where she writhes around and grinds on guys and girls. Lyrics that suggest when
she is in the dark she can't tell if she and the person she is with are a masterpiece/work of art or not. Of course she could simply mean the darkness
of the club makes it hard for her to tell if this is a real connection, but it could also mean in the dark it is impossible to tell if it is love or just lust. It is
Britney 101. Look hot, dance provocatively and sing lyrics that can be taken a few different ways. All the while you are doing this, profess that you
are innocent, pure and just a kid. Miley rarely if ever talks about her sex life and I respect her for that. It is nobody's business but her own what she
is doing with the people she is dating. That said, she wears very sexy outfits and now has made a couple of provocative videos, yet still plays it down
and says she is just 17 and she is just doing a performance. It is clearly very sexual, but she blows it off as just fun and good times playing dress up.
The next step on the Britney Spears path is for her to perform on a live show like the VMA's and do a wild, over the top and very sexually charged
performance then just tell people she was having fun with the music. Britney played the game to perfection and it looks like Miley Cyrus has studied
the playbook and is now putting it to use. Her defenders will say that it isn't a big deal and her detractors will say that she is not acting in a way that
a good christian girl should. She will play it all down and smile to herself because she has done her job and has the world talking about her. In her
new video she may wonder if her relationship is a work of art. While Miley Cyrus may never find that out she can rest assured that the marketing
campaign surrounding her is quickly becoming one.
