Happy new year 2010 to Inés and all of you fans!
I haven't visited here for a few weeks. Thanks everyone for pics/links!
Provolone: This is amazing!
frenchkiki: Don't worry about the scans. Take care of your private life first.

It just underlines the sad reality: Ines' box office value is close to nil, so she would jump onto any proposal. To put it more bluntly, not many people (except maybe you an me) would fork out any buck to go out and see any movie just for her.
That's what I mean.
You may find this sad. I don't. Box office value is just a superficial manifestation of capitalism. The audience is too simple minded (that is actually sad) to value someone like Inés. Surely Inés knew that a Pupi Avati film will never be a hit. More importantly, Inés has earned millions during her modeling career. Does she even want more money? Isn't her life plentiful for material point of view? Why is it sad if someone acts in movies just because she finds it meaningful/fun/stimulating?
It would be most interesting to hear Inés' own opinion about these things but unfortunately we don't have that luxury.

Ines is now 36, so not so far (unfortunately for us) from the end of her top-model life. So better to prepare for it, and Ines is clever enough to know all that.
Provolone, I have said this before: We all get old. Even supermodels. I don't even need to prepare for that. As long as her "post top-modeling" life is good, I don't care how "unfortunate" it is for me.
Ah, and yes, Delarue already had plenty of "wifes of his life" - just as Ines had many "men of her life"  :evil:Well, sounds like they are soulmates then...
Most of all of you seem to forget that all these people live in a fully virtual worldLady Gaga perhaps. Inés seems to have a real life in a real world. Their lives may look virtual to us but that's not their problem.
Nobody cares at Ines' reality.I care. Maybe I am the only one. I hope I am not.
@ paExcept Al di La delle Nuvole, where she had massive presence, I do not see much in terms of actress skills - I am afraid no to be the only one...
This is purely subjective. My opinion is that she is a talent and has made solid performances in the movies I have seen. If you think differently then I honour that.
Everybody has his way of worshipping Ines. Mine is to remain, as you know, lucid despite being fascinated by her beauty (and cleverness). That you feel some comments of mine impolite is actually the never-ending story of religion wars, with the guys who want their idol gold-plated, left at the entrance of the temple, and everybody to knee in front of it, whereas the other guys prefer to go in the desert alone to pray some stones. Not my stuff.
Cheers
Inés Sastre is my secular religion. When I am not lucid it's because I worship her.
When I am lucid it's because my religion is secular.

The sad story with Ines is...
I'm not saying that everything in Inés' life is always perfect but according to you her life is a disaster. I really hope you are completely wrong. I am not sure if it's even polite to condemn someones life like that...

Even if I'm really surprised to see her new boyfriend...I don' tlike him at all! a french tv anchor
I didn't know that but then again I never know what's going on in her life as I'm in Finland. So far away...

@ pa
Nice to see you here again !
Well, you see, as I'm not yet lobotomized by Ines' beauty, , I still have my own opinion...you might call it whining if you like
Well, it's not exactly lobotomy but "enslavement". My intelligence/mental capacity isn't compromised at all but Inés' beautiful elegance has forced me sexually on my knees and I have no choice but to worship her the rest of my life. Perhaps I am in some levels in love with her personality as I have figured it out? We are "blind" to faults of people we love, aren't we? Demanding her to look 25 years old forever is absurd to me. There are millions and millions of 25 years old girls in the world but there will be only one Inés Sastre! One.
-
But that's too much - too much mascara, too much Botox, too much cellulitis, too much apparent skin...
Too much whining?

Every time I come here I am surprised by all the activity. Those days are long gone when I worshipped Inés online. I worship her privately and only occasionally come to these forums to check what pictures/stories/opinions people have written about her.
Thanks everyone for keeping this thread active!

Many thanks Nefertiti for all the pics! Good to have better quality scans of Hola moda Magazine.

It is not Ines's soul I am speaking of, but yours and mine ands all the other humans', and how they have been transformed by that girl.
Oh, I see. She definitely has transformed me!
What Ines brought to all of us is a sense of indescriptible beauty - just as Bach did in his time with his music etc etc etc - . Personally, I like this quasi-philosophical idea that such perfection could exist at least once at some time and some place of the Universe , I guarantee that after that you look positively at all matters !I am not sure about looking positively at all matters but yes, J. S. Bach was hell of a composer!
Of course, as this is pure concept, no risk it fades with time _ a structural advantage over your position, in which you seem stuck at Ines' sheer physical appearance, hem yes, those are the aging legs of your goddess:I am not as stuck as you seem to think. I can show others pictures of her (=physical appearance) I like but how can I show what I think about her "soul"? That remains my personal thing.

Thanks for the great pics Nefertiti and Colorado! (Y)

Hello PA
Nice to see you here again !
Hello to you too! I don't visit here too often, do I?
Well, I perfectly understand that, as you worship Ines as a goddess, the iconoclasts (proprio sensu)  like me indeed should refrainPersonally, my deep respect to Ines stems from all the positive things her beauty was able to inspire to me - which indeed is something quite different from sheer icon adoration !
This is actually what I mean. Why bring up aspects that are against her if you respect her? It's not about denying things, it is about concentrating on positive things. I know what you think about Inés but someone might think you dislike her if you play an iconoclast too much.
So, I feel relaxed about her small defaults (if any), esp. on candid pics. Yes she should stop NOW the Botox, yes a few excess lbs. do not help, yes she smokes ways too much and that ruins her skin, but actually who cares ?I care. Believe me, I wish she had never smoked one cigarette in her life but I don't blame her for smoking. It is impossible to judge a person you worship. So, I blame cigarette industry and other things.
What is in your soul is important, not what you see on the pics.Cheers
Yeah, personality and inner beauty (soul is too religious term for me) is what counts but pics of her are pretty much everything we have.

Thanks for the pics Provolone but please don't be too hard on Inés. Personally I am not a fan of candid paparazzi pics because they don't respect privacy. In the beach pictures she isn't trying to look sexy but she is having fun! In that sense those pics are actually nice but as I said, I don't like candid pics in general.

On my scale of beauty:
Catherine Zeta-Jones = 9.5/10
Ali Landry = 10/10
So, they are two GORGEOUS women but Ali wins.

Thanks fo the covers Nefertiti!
I like her hair, it seems to me that every hairstyle suits her perfectly. There is a simple explanation why: Inés has got insanely gorgeus and naturally beautiful face.
