No...there is very little information about Allan other than what is on his Ford models portfolio blog and show card. He does look very young, though, so your guess is probably spot on.
Evandro Soldati was 17 years old when he started, so I guess they start young in Brazil. Why not? More time to make the mega bucks!

I am not sure, but I think the guy on the right is a dark-haired Cam Gigandet (He usually has blonde hair.) who has acted in many movies on television ( The O.C., Reckless) and in Film (Twilight, The Twilight Saga, Breaking Dawn, Seal Team Six).
