Of course, I can't read any of the damned articles inside but I'm guessing it must be all a bunch of womanish-y stuff. From what I can sum up in the pics, it seems Bar was chosen as the #1 girl of some sort of countdown list. What kind of list, you ask? THE HELL IF I KNOW! It's good to hear that y'all liked that little announcement I made. It did kinda throw me for a loop when nobody here posted any news on it considering how much you guys always keep up with her daily. And imagine the brain freeze I had when I got my hands on this issue, which was no less than THREE weeks since the June issue! I was like "Wait a minute...a new issue already?" I don't have any idea when the Esquire issue will arrive on newsstands but it will probably available sometime within the next two weeks. Okay, time for ANNOUNCEMENT #2!! For this one, I'm going to need some help from our foreign members. Bar is on the cover of a foreign magazine that I've obtained and I have ZERO clue of the name, month, year of this particular fashion magazine. Pfft! I say let VS do whatever the hell they want. They're the ones that get the short end of the deal, not us. As for your little compilation video, Joe, what I would've done is left all the dialogue IN so that you can hear her voice when she speaks and put the music bed underneath it (instead of muting her). OR....only embed the music in the clips where she isn't talking, sort of like the way FTV edits their compilations. But that's just me, so what the hell do I know.

^^Oh, okay, its back up. Damn, the thing wasn't loading. IMO, I say that VS not cancel this year's show. Instead, they should hire replacement Angels in place of Spanky and Heidi and continue planning the show. For example, hire Irina Shayklislamova and you have your Spanky replacement right there! People won't know the difference between those two. For Heidi, just replace her with Angelina Jolie and you got yourself a VS Fashion Show 2009!

The Shape issue should already be on local newsstands and Barnes & Noble and the likely. I got my copy nearly two weeks ago and scans of those exist somewhere. As for the Sexiest Bodies countdown, (as mbinebri pointed out) those lists are mainly celebrity-oriented, but once in awhile they'll include Victoria's Secret models in there. Do I think she should've been higher in the list? Sure! I would rather have her higher in the list instead of Kim Kardashian, that's fo' sure.

Earlier this year (February to be exact), Darling Marisa was chosen as the 23rd "Sexiest Beach Body" by the E! Channel. Luckily, I now have the HD video of it and posted it on Youtube! I was watching and recording some High Def 80's vids from VH-1 Classic (it's a Memorial Weekend 80's Marathon!) and this commercial just happened to show up. I made scans for five of the six VS Angels from the booklet and posted them elsewhere. Of course, you'll need to find them cuz I ain't gonna post them here, NO SIR. Like I said in the Maxim thread, the FHM list is filled up the ass with British celebs. I don't know most of them so I could give a rat's ass about their chart position. I recognize Keeley Hazel becuz of her flimsy-ass-sh*tty sex tape but that's pretty much it. BTW, you should read the description that FHM wrote for Alessandra. It talks about Brazilians and HIV. For some reason, these Brits think its okay to make jokes about Brazilian models by comparing them to disease-killing parasites. SCREW YOU!

I would make a thread for the FHM list had I known even HALF of the girls in their list. Like I mentioned above, I don't know much about these British celebs, so I could care less about girls like Cheryl Cole or Keeley Hazel or.....some of those other British girls that I can't name cuz I don't know 'em. But here's something you find interesting about the FHM list. FHM chose SIX of the VS Angels in their list: Heidi, Miranda, Alessandra, Doutzen, Marisa, and Spanky. Unlike Maxim, who omitted Doutzen and Alessandra from their list, I think FHM kinda does spread the gamut a bit when it comes to supermodels.

Well, you should compare Maxim's list to FHM's Hot 100 list. For #1, FHM chose some broad named Cheryl Cole. I don't know much about these British celebs and their baggage, but if I don't know them and the US doesn't know them, then F*ck 'Em is what I say. But for me, the one girl who I think does NOT deserve to be above everyone else is Jennifer Love Hewitt. She has been a big disappointment for YEARS and this desperate attempt to make her relevant is futile and an insult to the other 90 women who are ranked below her. BTW, I've seen other boards discuss this Hot 100 list and the one girl that everyone seems to not understand why she was chosen in the Top 10 is Rihanna. I don't get it either, but I'm not arguing.

Well, isn't that surprise. Marisa uses Victoria's Secret Tanning stuff for her tan? NO! Say it ain't so! @SAL: I suggest re-editing that post becuz it is really misleading. You're getting your cities and restaurant locations wrong. Oh, and one quick note: the model standing to Marisa's right is wearing the same bikini from the SHAPE magazine cover. <===

^^For the record, there's various different Japanese restaurants in LA County named "Katsuya" and the one that Marisa went to is NOT the famed "Katsuya" where Gisele and Tyra tend to be found dining at. Just thought I'd let y'all know.

Hah, that's quite unusual not to see ANY kind of media surrounding Darling Marisa. Maybe another TMZ video will surface from somewhere. As for the tanning products she uses, Sunset Tan is a popular place to go for that kinda thing, y'know. BTW, "2 Men Sipping A Juice" is my favorite band.
