  15. Which is the most beautiful memory of your childhood? - I don't have one in particular. How were you at school? - I must say that I don't like to submit me to an authority, so for me the master was not the most pleasant! And then I was more interested in sport, in particular, the karting. Then, when I have attended the mechanics school, I felt better because I could be applied to my favourite things. The first time you have driven? - I was five years old when I drove for the first time a cross minimoto. The first competition? - A go kart contest when I was eight years old: I don't remember how it finished... The first kiss? The first love? - Uhm, good question… Really, I can't remember. The first holiday alone? - In a holiday place, in Finland: with my best friend. Today, which is your ideal holiday? - I travel a lot with my job, so my favourite holiday is at home, in Switzerland or Finland, spending time with my family and my best friends Which is the most beautiful gift that one could give you? - The latest version of the IPod. Which things wear out your patience? - Stupid questions in an interview? Which things give you a smile? - When I can practice my favourite sports and when I'm with my friends. Which are your favourite dishes? - Chicken and mashed potatoes. The hobby that you prefer? - Sport, with any doubts. Are you interested in Politics? - No, not at all! Cinema or television? - Surely cinema Which is"your" song? - There are many songs that I like in special way, above all Finnish ones. The latest book that you read? - The James Hunt biography. The thing or the things you wouldn't leave? - My Apple computer, the IPod, the cell phone. Are you superstitious? - No, I'm not. The greater joy have you felt? - As a driver my first victory in a Gp, at Sepang in 2003.As a man, the most beautiful memory is my wedding day with Jenni. Your greatest regret? - Fortunately I still haven't had many occasions to regret. Have you a recurrent dream? - No, I haven't. Who is your best friend? - Toni Vilander. How many cars and motorbikes have you got in your garage box? - I have about ten between mtorbikes and minimotos, and five cars. My favourite one? The Enzo, my first Ferrari. Which other sport do you like? - I like to play hockey on ice, to go with the ski-doo and the jet ski. Which is the sportsman of the present or the past who you admire particularly? - I know that it can seem strange not but there isn't any personage of the sport that I admire particularly, neither between those of the past nor between the contemporaries. ... Which feeling gives you the speed? - I like to go fast, in every thing I make: on car, on the snow, on the water. The slowness is for me synonymous of boredom, the speed of excitation and fun. Fo sure, I know well that on the roads every day we must respect the speed limits:to run there is the track, for everyone. The beautiful thing of your job? - Competion: it is the essence of what I make. The thing you don't like? - I know that for you and your colleagues is not a pretty thing to say, but I would to avoid interviews… But, it's a part of the game and the perfect world doesn't exist. How much time do you dedicate to the training? - It depends on the circumstances: if I don't have to drive then I can train also two times a day, while when I'm on track, like in a test day in which I can run about 500 km, the effort that I make is already exctacting enough. The evening before the race what do you do? - I try to relax me and sleep: nothing special. Which was your best victory? - Monaco and Spa 2005. Which circuit do you prefer? - Technically Spa is the most complete, but also Monaco is fascinating. The circuit you don't like? - Honestly there isn't any circuit that I wouldn't in the championship: for me the most important thing is runnig. When did you drive a Ferrari for the first time? - My Enzo, some time ago. The thing that you love of Ferrari? - Th first time I have been in Maranello Jean Todt has made me a walk around the factory. Walking around I really felt that it was a special place, where you can breath the history and the essence of motorsport. Who is the favourite of the championship? - We will begin to see it in Melbourne. How will Renault be without Alonso? - A team that has won four championship in the last two years cannot not be a strong rival also this year How will McLaren be with Alonso? - Strong, one of our more frightening adversaries. How will the championship be without Sch.? - The F.1 has lost a great personage but, sooner or later, it had to happen: a chapter of the history of this sport has closed, a new one will begin in Australia. Who could be the surprise of the championship? - Difficult to say: in the tests BMW has gone well but in the race results can be various. We must wait and see. This year same tyres for all: better or worse? - For me no difference. With only a supplier we lost a parameter that in past years, could address the race in one direction or in another. The main consequence will be that there will be less gap among best cars. How many races will Ferrari win this year? - I hope all! And you, how many ones? - The same. Who will win between you and Massa? - Every driver always tries to beat the others, also his teammate. For sure, both Felipe and me will try to win, for us but mainly for the Ferrari
