    Are you sure? I've had this scan for many years from a magazine and it was attributed to Heidi Klum: Pretty sure. Here's the original photoshoot. Check out photos 5 and 7.

    Sorry to disappoint, but I think that's actually a Swedish model, Terese Gargas. It's from a 1999 issue of Cafe magazine.
