I think neo will be your best bet at getting a simple description on how to make them valmount. He has done a ton more than I have, so he should know it by heart. Anyways, I did this one cuz I am really tired and needed something to keep me awake, and this did the trick. I used Adobe Imageready to make the gif after taking frames with a program called Avisplit, because the bsplayer wouldn't work at all for me. What do you guys think? I think I may use this one as my avatar,

Try uploading it as a jpeg instead of a bmp file, that may be the problem.

Just saw her on Good Morning America. She always looks awesome, she talked about going to the oscars with leo, and the IPEX bra of course. She also mentioned that if she wasn't a model she would like to be a monkey in costa rica and climb trees and surf all day. I guess at 1:30pm this afternoon they will be giving away, 500 vouchers for those IPEX bra's in Times Square. I couldn't find anything on it airing on tv though.
