I felt good-hearted vibe when she talked about Leo, despite things she said might be not flattering. Mostly I imagine his love life how she discribed. He is a King and he wants to be free and do what he wants. I deeply love and admire Leo and don't think he is bad, but he really gives me such a vibes.

I'm not Kleo shipper (wouldn't mind if Leo ended with Kate tho), but I think Kate is his real Soulmate. Leo never seemed so comfortable with other women, as he seemed with Kate.

From my personal experience: my mom dislikes him, just because she dislikes his lifestyle. She not denies his talent, but she can't percieve him positively. And my classmate, who has a crush on him, consider him as "malehoe". But other people in my life don't give a f about his love life, they just enjoying his work.

Social media has a huge influence nowadays, sadly. And your dating choice can influence on your career, but it applies more to the stars under 40. Leo is immune to that bs, because he made his name, when Internet wasn't so powerful and people paid more attention to acting, than gossips.

I don't think his reputation will be destroyed. Yeah, people will eat him alive in Internet, but he will be fine. There's more celebs who did way worse things and still not cancelled. Also as @Jade Bahr said, he probably don't care about other people's opinion. I don't know him personally, but I feel he will more careful and more closed with his new dates (if split actually happened). I might be wrong.

Despite Leo's habits to not choose women over 25 for his "official" relationship are strange for me, I consider his relationship as one of the most normal relationships in Hollywood. Neither he nor the gfs not acted cringey. I never felt too embarassing for him. And even if he had "paid pap stroll", he and his gfs not were like "Oh we are so in love, LoOk at uS". He always looks pretty authentic. Yeah, Leo isn't always affectionate, but I prefer his "cold" public behaviour to garish affection. Just my opinion.
