(Middle East, Africa, Asia etc). They and China position themselves as the alternative to the West.
They probably already shared a lot of advanced technologies with Iran long ago, when the war started Iran was the first to rush in to help. Iran however seems to have a problem not getting their top people assassinated by the Israelis.
Agreed and not forget that they also formed BRICS.
We'll see what happens next. I read that Israel also attacked Yemen, so now they're fighting a multifront war. If somehow Iraq also gets involved then it's gonna be very bad for Israel.

Thermobarbaric weapons are extremely potent as demonstrated in the Ukraine. Russia also has vast raw materials, which they can deliver to allied countries. Russia can also offer intelligence information and also their vast combat experience (via advisors) from the War in Ukraine.
Basically if Iran choses to inflict mass civilian deaths (as Israel loves doing to their neighbors) they should be able to do so, unless they are afraid of an even more powerful Israeli response.
From Russia’s perspective, sharing advanced secret technologies especially something as critical as nuclear or missile tech carries risks. Alliances can change, and there’s always the possibility that Iran could later turn against them (if you look at the map it wouldn't take long for Iran missiles to hit Russian soil). So strategically, Russia might be cautious about handing over its most sensitive tech.

It resembles a 'suburban America' military parade x 100 that would go through a couple of towns on Veteran's day. The ending is especially weird, with the grandstand forced to watch boring country music with a captive audience of serviceman. Much of the country do not like or listen to country music.
What are you talking about, boring?! Country music is fire and more people should listen to it.

Iran provided significant aid to Russia, mainly thousands upon thousands of Geran drones used to attack Ukrainian energy infrastructure and also the schematics to build Geran factories in Russia, which the Russians already produced. They also provided ammunition supplies.
The way I see it, Russia currently has nothing to offer to Iran. All their resources are tied up in the war in Ukraine. Iran has probably already reached out for aid, but Putin is out of chips.

I wonder what happens to Israel, if Russia holds up the agreement. Lucky for Israel, the pact doesn’t include an explicit mutual defense clause, and given the circumstances, Russia is unlikely to spare any significant resources at the moment.

"Dozens of Minnesota Democrats were on a target list written by the gunman who allegedly shot and killed a state representative and shot and wounded a state senator in a targeted act of violence early Saturday, according to law enforcement sources. The Minnesota Democrats on the list included Gov. Tim Walz, U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar, U.S. Sen. Make the phone in China, slap a 'Made in USA' sticker on it and sell it at a hefty price. 'Eventually' just means this will be a very limited edition with no real plans to ever manufacture the phone in the USA.
