  1. Speaking of the 'And We Go Green' documentary, what do you guys here think about climate change? Do you think that it's something political and it could be more about money? Or is there something more going on?
  2. Thanks for this @oxford25 It's a very insightful press conference, I found it very interesting. I would like to add this video of the same conference which shows additional video footage of the entire panel, as well as the members of the audience, and the journalists asking questions. You can see the controversial question and answer from the NY Times journalist Farah Nayeri and Quentin at 31:17. Quentin's answer is ridiculous. But Margot does a good job of answering. It's a shame she had such few lines in the movie. I also found the question at 17:37 very interesting. Quentin Tarantino never answered the question properly, and shows a real lack of understanding towards women and never addresses the violence part well either. Not really a surprise considering :- https://www.indiewire.com/2019/05/tarantino-hollywood-treatment-of-women-debate-1202144173/ And https://theconversation.com/elaborately-justified-misogyny-the-hateful-eight-and-daisy-domergue-53046 (its also interesting to note that Jennifer Jason Leigh's character in Tarantino's last film had such few lines as well- it seems Tarantino prefers his women to be seen and not heard. What a cockroach.)
  3. @Jade Bahr That's a very dangerous mindset to have. So nonchalant about other peoples lives? What if it was your own family? What if they died on set? The hollywood system and entertainment laws are broken, and broken things are meant to be fixed or thrown away. Hollywood is a HUGE problem. Contrary to what you believe. The violence needs to go, and the sexual exploitation. Get rid of the bad and keep the good. But anyway, these people doing all this shit. Karma's a beautiful thing to witness. If not in this life, then the next.
  4. Well, they are allowed to use real guns and bullets here. There is always a risk and danger filming for actors because a lot of it is improv.. Nobody knows what will happen in a scene most of the time. That's why their 'acting' seems so good- all improvising.. Anyway, because there are risks and dangers, some actors sign no liability clauses for death or injury for production companies in contracts. If they're smarter, they sign better contracts. But most don't. And if they get shot in a scene and die, then they die. And sometimes it ends up in movies. Kinda messed up how no one even realises what they're watching on screen most of the time. It needs to change. For the viewers AND for the safety of all actors.
  5. But you guys really ought to understand how the film industry works and how the laws need to change, as we are dealing with people's lives here. Are violent gun scenes and actors dying justifiable for a stupid movie?? How can you people support Quentin Tarantino and his new movie with Leo?
  6. Yeah, sorry. Shouldn't have called you guys idiot Leo fanatics. My bad. Got the warning.
  7. @Jade Bahr Well I hope you guys actually open your eyes and see what you're supporting when you see OUATIH.
  8. So what is the right place to make this comment then? Yeah, maybe I will go watch a comedy.
  9. Hey Guys, sorry to say I don't support Leonardo Dicaprio and pretty much all of Hollywood's violent movies and rated R genre, including and especially Quentin Tarantino. I've recently been reading up on Entertainment Laws in California and read a few leaked actor's contracts like in Game of Thrones in terms of non disclosure and no liability for death of injury for production companies. Did you guys know actual violence is depicted in Hollywood movies? Real guns, real bullets, even real death is depicted in some movies (not all) but I know that includes disgusting Quentin Tarantino movies like Django Unchained (mandingo scene and dog attack scene) and Jackie Brown. I'm most certain it will be depicted in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood too. My guess is you will see Luke Perry's death on screen. I cannot support disgusting Hollywood anymore and my movie selection will only be limited to comedies and rom coms. Maybe you idiot Leo fanatics who constantly post his pictures should really analyze what the heck you are really supporting here. Hollywood laws need to change and transparency as to realistic violent scenes needs to given. And you viewers need to stop your children from watching this crap on tv.
  10. He's just a normal person like anybody else. Why dont you guys stop with this obsessive behavior with the news and the pics and just live your lives?
  11. You're right! And if you look at the bottom left of the pic, he tags @leonardodicaprio. Haven't been able to find any pictures of him with fans in Phuket tho. 🤔🤣 Leo come to KL! Anyway, thanks guys for the updates and vids.. Happy new year!!
  12. Camila posted an Instastory earlier about packing for Thailand.. maybe Leo's going as well? I bet theyre spending New Year's in Thailand then.. Haha just a guess.
  13. @Jade Bahr wow thanks Jade! You've made me even more excited 🤗 I actually prefer Tarantino's older movies.. they have so much atmosphere and it feels like you're really there.. I miss old Quentin movies which are like that... if this movie is anything like Pulp Fiction then we're in for a treat!😁 Interesting take on Brad and Leo! I hope they have a funny dynamic going on as well 😂 They both do shine in comedy roles.. I hope this movie isnt going to be too serious and dramatic despite the subject matter.. Can't wait for this movie too!
  14. Thank you. 😊 I agree.. I am still a huge fan, by all means.
  15. Titanic was the first movie I watched in the cinema.. I was 6 years old and I still remember being glued to my seat and watching it very intensely. It was a great introduction to cinema 😂 so immersive.. but I never properly developed a crush on him until my early teens when I watched Romeo + Juliet. But it was a small crush. This current mania only started recently, a few months ago 😂😂 after I started learning who he really was. Not that I claim to know who he really is.. but you know when you learn a few truths about a person and you see them with totally new eyes? Like that.. and knowing those things makes them more real to you and less like some distant star. Real is so much better and more raw than fiction.. What about you? Honestly he's still so gorgeous why wouldn't anyone have a crush on him?
