here's what you got to do, choose your pic, then upload it on an image hosting site like photobucket.com or imageshack.us (like Maudinette said above ) it will b good if you'll resize the pic into 150 x 150 (according to BZ rules) then go to your control panel|(my controls), click change avatar settings, then paste the URL of the image there, then click update avatar
