Yeah, he's DEFINITELY thinking of David Bellemere not Robert Voltaire! Bellemere has been quoted as referring to Rachel's breast enhancements as "...looking like balloons". I also remember Rachel expressing interest in going to Greece with Voltaire in a reply to one of his Instagram posts - not to mention the video where she expressed genuine excitement to work with Robert Voltaire on the Playboy Mexico shoot.

I don't understand why there's so much conjecture about Rachel and her Mom's reasons for going on the road this summer? Her mother comes across as a free spirit so this seems very much in her nature. I'm sure that if there were financial difficulties then Rachel would have started booking more modeling gigs instead of cutting back on them as she has in the last year.
