If I'm not mistaken, the music was by Michel Gaubert, a Paris-based sound illustrator working in the field of fashion. He crafts custom runway soundtracks, playlists and compilations for a portfolio of prestigious and avant-garde clients that include fashion houses from Paris, Milan, London and New York from Raf Simons, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Valentino and Chanel to Proenza Schouler, JW Anderson, Jeremy Scott and Anthony Vaccarello. Regarding the video, I have only found a little segment of Karen in her first outfit on Facebook.
