Her artistic career began in her native Venezuela. However, she achieved great popularity after settling in Argentina. She arrived in Argentina already known for her work in Caribbean telenovelas. Once settled in Argentina and enjoying the benefits of fame, she met an Argentinian man, whom she would later marry. His name was "Ova" Sabatini, the brother of former Argentinian tennis player Gabriela Sabatini. Over the years, Catherine specialized in fitness, and thanks to her extensive knowledge, she hosted several fitness programs on television. Her greatest achievement as a presenter was hosting a show for the international network Fox Sports.
