Green is also a Muslim color, right? Maybe the Turkish flag has crescent and moon painted in green to symbolise a Mulsim country. Flag has legends about meaning of flag but none of them about muslims or islam. I agree with Jennka, definitely this tattoo about venus symbol. There is no link with Turkey, pakistan or muslims. And very beautiful tatoo by the way.
