I like a good mystery so I started digging. At first I thought this might be Ella Petrushko, due to the eyes. It could still be her, but I'm guessing it is more likely Anastassija Makarenko. Both models have images that are very similar to the ones you have above, but with no smoking gun (no photo from Kohls catalogs of that era connected to either of these models), I can't be 100% sure. I'd say 65% chance it is A. Makarenko, and 35% chance E. Petrushko. My reply is two years too late, but hopefully you (or others) see this. It can also be added to the Kohl's model thread if someone can confirm if it is one of these two.
