    According to this post from Ewa Michalak IG

    and one of the comment in the post, the model name is Zuzanna and IG is 

    https://www.instagram.com/blodloth

     

    Upon further search, the model full name is Zuzanna Krolik, a Polish tattoo artist based in England, and now known as Bram

    https://www.instagram.com/bramloth

     

    But the model appearance now in the IG is so different than the pics above, that I cannot confirm if it is the same person. But this is my best guess.
