I'm glad this point was brought up, it's the only explanation to me that makes any sense. It's easier for BOTH the poster and the members here if content is embedded directly on the site. The fact that there are two members on this site, both with tens of thousands of posts, who both upload to these site, and also vehemently defend it in a strange way just doesn't make sense without there being a monetary motive at this point.

To be crystal clear - everything is free. The numbers are about downloads. Because I do not have access as an administrator to this forum's traffic. But I can compare the periods this way and have a more accurate picture. The fact and conclusion is that there are few people who share content. That's devastating for the forum.
