She modeled internationally after Patrick Demarchelier launched her career. This was all following graduation from Villanova University. Turned down modeling contracts to attend college from the Elite Look of the Year contest as a teenager.

Kate Gibbs was a high fashion model, in magazines like Vogue and Elle, doing the model thing. She left her career to teach in an inner city school in Long Branch, New Jersey.

She was cast in Adrienne Landau's first campaign after graduating from college. It was featured in Elle magazine US.
