Marissa Long, Helena Bonham Carter and Chris Messina have joined the cast of the fourth season of The White Lotus, the Emmy-winning HBO series from Mike White. Deadline was first to report that Bonham Carter and Messina were circling roles in the series and insiders now confirm.

Character details are under wraps as is the logline for this season. As previously announced, Alexander Ludwig and AJ Michalka, Steve Coogan and Caleb Jonte Edwards are also set to star.

A dark comedy examining the dynamics between employees and guests at luxury hotels around the world, The White Lotus‘ new season will follow a new group of White Lotus hotel guests and employees over the span of a week.

The White Lotus is created, written and directed by White, who exec produces alongside David Bernad and Mark Kamine. 

Carter is represented by Nicola Van Gelder of Conway Van Gelder Grant. Long is represented by Canopy Media Partners, Next Model Management and Yorn Levine Barnes Krintzman, Rubenstein, Kohner, Endlich, Goodell & Gellman. Messina is represented by Entertainment 360, CAA, Sloane, Offer, Weber and Dern, LLP.
