Models sign releases and don't do any shot that they are not comfortable with being published. She knew fine well the level of exposure in the shots, this is a decision made by photographer or someone else. The sight of nipples in modelling is nothing new and nothing strange in models from about the age of 15 upwards. The discussion in in the sexual nature of the posing, and that is not something that could be argued here as they are artistic and tasteful shots.
