January 9, 200817 yr Very very very nice thread youguys developed on Brigitte Bardot. I think she is probably the most beautiful actress, naturally talented, that ever lived. I will try to cover some of her films and life in a few posts. Her first film was Le Trou Normand, which appeared in 1952. January 9, 200817 yr During the 1950s Brigitte often visited the Cannes festival in her country. I have at least knowledge of visits in 1953, 1955, 1956 and 1959. In 1953, a very young Brigitte (she just went 19) also visited the Cannes film festival. No films available of that but I do have a wonderful archive with 30 pictures (about half HQ) of rare to very rare pictures of that event.
