There is a model, Michelle Pieroway, she loves to post on twitter and has a website and model mayhem page. A long time ago I found a topless picture of her but I can't find it anymore. I'm assuming she stopped doing topless work probably because her career took off or maybe because she has Tiffany Joy size nipples.
