Kandyse was born on March 22, 1980 in South Africa, and she currently lives in British Columbia.

She is probably best known for her role as Officer Anastasia "Dee" Dualla on the new Battlestar Galactica that aired from 2004-2009 on SyFy Network. And as anyone who's seen the show knows, Lee Adama clearly didn't know how lucky he was.
