Dominika Pštrosová was born in town called Česká Lípa into mixed family of Brazilian father and Russian mother. Later on the whole family moved to Prague, capital of The Czech Republic. Dominika's modeling career started when she was 18 years old. While walking down the street with her mother she met scouter from Paris. He offered her to come to Paris for shooting - she decided to give it a try and in short time she signed contract with L'Oreal.

Since that time Dominika appears quite reguralry in the most important magazines of the fashion world, in interviews, editorials, advertisements. Since then she has worked for countless companies - at fashion shows for Versace, Hugo Boss, Escada, Diesel, Replay, Palmers, La Perla, Fendi etc.; shooting for Vogue, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Photo, Allure, Ema, Newport Beach Mag, Cocoon Mag. She has become face of many brands, such as Marella, Triumph, Palmers, Elegance Vie, Junker, Texgold, Bigox etc.; Although her career is very time consuming, Dominika is always able to find time for her other passion, the business world. A while back Dominika associated with an american company and together they launched a brand which they called DP (Dominka Pstrosova).

DP has had their own clothing brand and accessories line for quite some time, along with a cosmetic line which can now be found in various markets around the world and on the internet. Presently Dominika lives half of the year in Prague and the other half in Miami; anyway, her career demands traveling all around the world most of her time.
