Caroline Fleming is born and raised at Valdemars carsle at Tåsinge - Denmark, she is daughter of baron Niels Krabbe Iuel-Brockdorff and baroness Margaretha Iuel-Brockdorff.

She has been and still is working as a model.

13. oktober 2001 Caroline Fleming married the british Rory Fleming, who belongs to a wealthy family England (1 out of 4), and who is a cousin to the author of James Bond: Ian Fleming.

While marring Rory she lost her title: baroness.

Together the got 2 children: Alexander William (7th. of april 2004 / Portland Hospital, London) and Josephine Margaretha Victoria (20th. of december 2006) − Josephines godmother is prinsess Mary of Denmark.

Caroline and Rory Fleming got divorced in 2008.

Caroline Fleming is today living together with the danish footballplayer Nicklas Bendtner and dec. 2010 the had a babyboy.
