  • On her new job as a judge on America's Got Talent: "I have to say, last year I watched AGT from home, and I would be like, 'I don't know why this person is here. That person should not be here.' But when you are there and you see the people, it's a little different. I feel more for them and it's harder for me to push the "X" immediately. So I usually wait and let them do their thing. It's hard to go on stage."
  • On how her kids motivate her to work out: "I have four children. I always have two dogs, and I live very close to a canyon. I take them for a hike. I don't necessarily have to time to get in the car, go to the gym, be there for an hour, get back in the car . . .But if I have an hour, the children and my dogs, we just go up the canyon. Or I have a trampoline in my backyard — I go and jump on that.
  • On why she thinks looking good is important even mid-workout: "Wearing something cute, for me, gives me like an extra boost to go a little harder. If you're all schlumpy and you have oversize things on, or raggedy things that should be already in the bin, then you feel kind of sluggish."

Heidi Klum’s Skin Care Secret — Her Best Beauty Tips

http://hollywoodlife...skin-care-tips/

Supermodel, Project Runway host and Executive Producer, and now America’s Got Talent judge Heidi Klum is know for her stunning body and gorgeous skin. She spoke to HollywoodLife.com exclusively at the launch of her New Balance collection and told us how she looks so fabulous at 39-years-old!

Heidi Klum: No Makeup, No Problem

“I tend to not wear make-up on my off days. I am not complicated, I don’t have tons of creams or anything like that. I stay simple,” Heidi told HollywoodLife.com. To keep that rocking body, she credits keeping up with her kids!

“If you can’t run after your kids, that is not good. Also I am turning 40 and not 70, so you still have to run after your own kids. My mom is more fit then me and I guess I have her as my role model. We don’t sit around a lot, there is always something to do. Always!”

Heidi, who looks fantastic, says she could be in better shape — as if!

“I could be more fit but I need the time, I am just like other moms, trying to find the time for myself and there is so little. So I incorporate exercise into my daily life. I take the two dogs and go on a hike or I jump on the trampoline with the kids. In the summer time, I go in the water with them! So instead of laying on a lawn chair watching them, I get up and do stuff with them. It’s about moving around and being active, whenever you can do it,” she says.

Heidi Klum’s Diet — What She Eats & Drinks To Stay Slim

As far as eating right, she believe that everything is okay in moderation, except for alcohol!

“I have never really dieted. In terms of diets, I have never really followed one. My whole lifestyle as a model has changed when I came to America. You have to do things right, you drink a lot of water, exercise and eating healthy, not as many carbs and understand what food does to your body. You can have pasta sometimes, but not all the time. Moderation and juggling. Saying NO to a bunch of stuff people say YES to. It’s hard. I don’t drink a lot of alcohol, alcohol is bad! It has a lot of calories and is not good for the body. Sometimes I like a glass of wine or in the summer I will have a beer, but people drink a lot and they explode, its just not good for your body!”

Heidi Klum Is The Newest Judge On ‘America’s Got Talent’

Heidi is current working on AGT with fellow judges Mel B, Howard Stern and Howie Mandel.

“So far, smooth sailing! I think we have all our own opinions and I am just being honest and open. Sometimes I don’t buzz as quick as the others, even if it is a train wreck, I still want to see it. It’s fun to see when they think they are doing something good and it isn’t — it’s bizarre. And the clothes some people wear, you can tell where they are coming from, it’s been funny!” she tells us EXCLUSIVELY.

Heidi is in the April 2013 issue of Spanish TELVA magazine:
