Billur Kalkavan (born November 1962) was a Turkish theater actress.

Kadıköy Anatolian High School, College and studied at the Ministry of Education has completed.

In the first role in cinema, the 1969 "separate world called" films, Erol Stone's portrayal of a child kidnapped for ransom by the bad guy is played.
