According to the very short trailer that gives us nothing...something along the lines of a guy (Gregorio Pernia) getting revenge on his cousin (Miguel Varoni)..possibly over a girl

I agree about the sisters thing.

But I have no doubt that Carmen and Gregorio will end up as a couple in some way. Same thing with Gaby and Miguel. Telemundo usually does that when they put couples that worked well in the past together again.
