These caps are from an interstitial ad that ran on the Mojo cable TV channel before it went dark last fall. It was promoting Esquire magazine and rolled right in to a Ford Flex commercial that immediately followed the segment.

I have no idea who she is and have been searching for almost a year.

Anyone?
