Biography:

Josh Lee Holloway was born on July 20, 1969 in Northern California but moved after only two years to the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia (Freehome, GA), where he was raised the second-eldest of four boys. He graduated from Cherokee High School in Canton, GA. From an early age he discovered a passion and love for films. After one year at the University of Georgia, he embarked on a successful modeling career which took him all over Europe and North America.

Holloway's pursuit of acting brought him to Los Angeles, where he soon landed a role in the comedy "Doctor Benny," opposite Eddie McClintock and Sarah Wynter. He followed that up with lead roles in the independent films "Mi Amigo," "Moving August" and "Cold Heart," in which he starred opposite Nastassja Kinski. He then gained considerable notice for his lead role in the Sci-Fi channel's "Sabretooth," with David Keith and John Rhys-Davies. Most recently he guest starred on "CSI" and "Navy NCIS."

Holloway's hobbies include boating, sailing, snowboarding, martial arts, motor cross and playing guitar. He is currently dividing his time between Los Angeles and Hawaii.
