She is!
She has one of the most adorable faces I've ever seen.
She was my model crush when I was a teenager. I saw her for the first time in Russian Vogue and thought how pretty she was, and that she looked Latvian (not long before that, I'd found out that I had Latvian roots myself - probably that's why I was paying attention to people who I thought looked Latvian ). When I reached the end of the editorial and saw her name was "Inguna Butane" (Latvian!) I was completely blown away.
