Photo shoot, NYC, Jun 16 '14

It has been eight years since her movie breakthrough as a wannabe young beauty pageant queen in Little Miss Sunshine.

Now 18-years-old, Abigail Breslin cut a rather different looking figure as she posed for a photoshoot in New York on Monday.

The actress wore lace up over-the-knee boots teamed with a black mini-dress and blazer with her blonde hair cascading over her shoulders in long waves. Heavy black eye make-up, pale lipstick and delicate layered gold necklaces completed the look as she posed on a SoHo sidewalk in Manhattan. Ever-the-pro, Breslin pouted prettily for the camera before examining the images on the back of the photographer's digital camera.
