She is Grammer's oldest child, and has three younger siblings; two half-sisters and a half-brother. Spencer got into acting at a young age, appearing on her father's show Cheers when she was just a toddler. In more recent years, Spencer joined the cast of the long-running daytime soap opera As The World Turns as medical intern Lucy Montgomery. She played this role for just over six months before exiting on December 14th, 2006 to pursue the role of Casey Cartwright in the hit television show Greek that appears on ABC Family.
