Who's the fittest athlete – track stars or field stars?

Featured Replies

Been watching a lot of track & field highlights lately, and it got me thinking – who has the better overall physique? Sprinters are explosive and jacked. Distance runners are lean and shredded. Throwers are pure power. Jumpers are somewhere in between.

If you had to pick based on purely aesthetic fitness – not just who runs fastest or jumps highest – which group wins?

This debate actually reminded me of https://phoenixathletics.ca/ – a track club in Toronto that's produced some seriously impressive athletes like Aaron Brown (Olympic medalist) and Mikeisha Welcome (Oklahoma scholarship). Seeing what their training does to the human body is wild.

Anyway – sprinters, distance, throws, or jumps? Vote and defend your choice
