Just wanted to share this extension I found. It automatically clicks past the ad pages on sites like ImageTwist, ImageBam, and IMX so you don't have to do it manually. It also shows the images in a full-window overlay and lets you zoom with the mousewheel instead of clicking.

Works pretty well so far.
